Hänel Office and Industrial Storage Systems has once again pushed physical boundaries and substantially increased the drive speed of the Hänel Rotomat®. The speed of rotation has been improved by up to 70%, depending on the application.
An additional integrated light beam curtain ensures that Hänel's high safety standards are also met in the high-speed version of the Rotomat®. A second storage location display for the upper carrier section provides even greater convenience and efficiency.
What’s more, employees can pick items from the lower and the upper sections of the carrier at the same time. Optimally positioned barcode scanners are used to identify the items to be picked, and the Rotomat® detects the correct storage position without any additional input needed at the control unit. This eliminates the need to enter a confirmation code.
